LuckPKR Terms and Conditions – Rules That Protect Every Player

Using luckpkr is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal, recreational purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party or using funds that belong to someone else.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a luckpkr employee involved in operations.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any restriction previously placed on your account.

luckpkr takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification documents (such as a CNIC or passport) at any time to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.

Allowing a minor to use your luckpkr account is a serious breach of these Terms. If we have reason to believe an account is being accessed by someone under 18, we will close it immediately and retain any balance pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one luckpkr account at any time. Registering multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details – is strictly prohibited. If luckpkr detects duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings generated through them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid and active Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. luckpkr does not accept registrations under pseudonyms or aliases. Providing false information at registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your luckpkr login credentials – username and password – confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends. luckpkr will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or phone call. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is considered your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access within a reasonable time.

3.4 Account Verification

luckpkr may carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC (front and back), a selfie for identity confirmation, and proof of the payment method used. This process protects you as a player and keeps the platform free from fraud and money laundering. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in restricted access to withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

luckpkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (Visa-linked digital account)
• Bank Transfer via IBFT (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

All deposits are credited to your luckpkr account in PKR with no currency conversion markup. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. luckpkr does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts – the name on the payment method must match the name registered on your luckpkr account.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed through the same payment methods used for deposits. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within 2–6 business hours during Pakistan Standard Time working hours. Bank transfers via IBFT may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals typically take 3–5 business days.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed). Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be played through before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. luckpkr reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for security or compliance review – in such cases, we will notify you within 24 hours of the hold being placed.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. Withdrawal amounts are shown in PKR and settled in PKR with no conversion applied.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting

All bets placed on luckpkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, competition, or game involved. In cricket, bets are settled based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or other recognised authority). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the governing body, luckpkr reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with its internal rules for the relevant market, which may include voiding bets and returning stakes.

6.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. luckpkr makes every effort to suspend markets promptly when significant events occur (wickets, goals, etc.), but there may be a short delay. Bets accepted in obvious error due to a technical glitch or pricing fault may be voided at luckpkr's discretion. The decision to void or settle such bets rests with luckpkr and is final.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

luckpkr applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant sections of the platform. Any winnings calculated above the stated maximum will be capped at the limit in force at the time the bet was placed.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

luckpkr periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds become real money subject to withdrawal rules.
• luckpkr reserves the right to cancel a bonus if we believe it is being abused, including through arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or other strategies that exploit promotion mechanics.
• Bonus offers have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds that expire are removed from your account without compensation.

8. Responsible Gaming

luckpkr believes that gaming should be entertaining and that players should always remain in control of their activity. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits – set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders – receive notifications after a set duration of play.
• Cooling-Off Period – temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion – close your account for a minimum of 6 months. During this period, luckpkr will not send any marketing communications and will decline any attempts to re-register.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on luckpkr and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using luckpkr for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luckpkr staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the luckpkr platform – including text, images, logos, software, page layouts, and game designs – is the intellectual property of luckpkr or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission. Using luckpkr content for commercial purposes or publishing it on third-party websites without authorisation is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

luckpkr provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform operational and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, luckpkr's liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckpkr is not liable for losses resulting from your own decisions, betting choices, or reliance on information provided on the platform as betting tips or analysis. All betting and gaming involves risk, and you accept that risk when you place a bet on luckpkr.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Closure by You

You may close your luckpkr account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Closing your account does not waive any outstanding obligations you owe to luckpkr.

12.2 Closure by luckpkr

luckpkr reserves the right to close or suspend any account that breaches these Terms, fails KYC verification, shows signs of fraudulent activity, or is required to be closed by a legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances that were deposited in good faith will be returned unless forfeiture is required by law or as a result of fraud.

13. Amendments to These Terms

luckpkr may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued use of the luckpkr platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, luckpkr will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification.
